Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit will be required when booking an appointment to secure the spot. 100% of the deposit will go towards the amount that's due on the day of the appointment.

* Deposit is non-refundable. Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your deposit. Your deposit can be carried over to another appointment if you do decide to reschedule rather than cancelling.

* 2 days (48 hrs) notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment to another date and time. If you fail to do so your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will need to be made to reschedule.

* You will be charged 50% of your service if decide to no show/no call the day of your appointment. Please give me at least 24 hour notice to reschedule your appointment to avoid this fee.

Our cancellation policy serves to protect our artist’s time and prevents unexpected gaps in their schedules. As a small business, we value their time just as we would any other professional’s. We appreciate your understanding.
